New Summer Menu at Z'Tejas Chandler

Grilled corn, cucumbers, watermelon, ribs and fresh seafood – these a some of the culinary delights of summer featured on the new seasonal menu at Z’Tejas.

This new menu will be served until September 13 and features:

  • Agua Chile Shrimp Ceviche – cured shrimp, onion, tomato, cilantro, mango relish, cilantro pesto, radish, habanero pepper, tajin. $15
  • Crab-stuffed Mushrooms – crab meat, jalapeno bacon, garlic herb habanero butter, Z’Tejas cheese blend, mango relish. $15
  • Elote – grilled corn on the cob, herb habanero butter, sour cream, cotija cheese, tajin, cilantro. $7
  • Grilled Watermelon Steak Salad – grilled watermelon, baby arugula, green onion, mango relish, mango lime dressing. $15
  • St. Louis Pork Ribs – slow cooked St. Louis pork ribs, chipotle BBQ sauce, seven ceese macaroni, Southwest cucumber slaw. $25 half rack, $30 full rack
  • Habanero Lemon Pepper Chicken Pasta  - grilled chicken breast, grilled asparagus, sauteed mushrooms, capers, lemon pepper & herb habanero wine sauce. $18
  • Chocolate Coated Strawberry Cheesecake  $8

This menu is available at the Chandler location (7221 W. Ray Rd.) now and will be available at the new Scottsdale location (8300 N. Hayden Rd. Suite D-101) after the grand opening on June 18.
