Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Tickets
Daniel Tiger is a puppet character created and debuted on Fred Rogers’ PBS television series Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. Daniel Tiger is the son of two other puppet characters on the show, Daniel Striped Tiger and his wife, who was only referred to on the show as Mom Tiger. The Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood live interactive stage show brings Daniel Tiger, his family and all of their friends from the Neighborhood of Make-Believe (the neighborhood in the title Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood) to life in an interactive experience presented live on stage for the whole family. All of the beloved characters from Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood of Make-Believe are included in the stage show.
Mr. Rogers Creates Another Neighborhood?
The character of Daniel Tiger was created by Fred Rogers of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, and the television show Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, which the live interactive stage performance is based on, was created by Angela Santomero. She is also the creative mind behind such beloved children shows as Super Why! and Blue’s Clues. Santomero created Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood to carry on Fred Rogers’ legacy of relating to children in a unique way, letting them know that adults understand them and that they don't have to face growing up in the big world all alone.
