The Maricopa County Fair begins its five-day run-on April 12th and wraps up on Sunday April 16th. This year’s fair will have everyone’s favorite fair food, family entertainment, awe-inspiring arena shows, and of course carnival rides for kids of all ages those young at heart.

Some of the incredible acts you’ll see at the fair include Live Shark Encounters! The only travelling live shark show in the country, it’s both educational and extremely entertaining. These marvelous creatures will be on display throughout the day. PLUS they will do 3 shows a day where audience members will watch a diver go into the tank with the sharks!

Monster Trucks are always a favorite! With three days of shows, there will be plenty of opportunities to see the ginormous LOUD lifted vehicles do their thing! You’ll be able to see one of their shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Along with Monster Truck Shows, the Sanderson Ford Arena will also host Demo Cross. Somewhere between a demolition derby and a race, the skilled drivers try to finish first while still having a moving vehicle. It’s a thrilling fun show everyone is sure to enjoy!

If comedy is your thing, you’re sure to love Roberto the Magnificent. Every one of Roberto's performances are filled with comedic chatter, breathtaking visual stunts and lots of audience participation! Audiences love his wild comical antics, high-energy pace and amazing stunts.

Break out your camera and be ready to post on Insta – as your friends become the show with Comedy Hypnotist Suzy Haner! After being placed under hypnosis, Suzy has her volunteers do hilarious things to create a different show every performance. The audience are the stars! Comedy enthusiasts will also find magicians, jugglers, petting zoo, balloon artist and more.

A Fair wouldn’t be a Fair without the carnival rides! Be it a crazy ride for the brave thrill seeker or a nice gentle spin on the merry-go-round, the fair has it all! Over 35 rides will offer whatever level of thrill you’re up for. Unlimited Ride Wristbands are available every day of the fair. Purchase in advance to save $5.
